Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll assess the issue with you.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents. This allows us to review the issue quickly and help you as efficiently as possible.

Incorrect or missing items

If something is missing or not as expected, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. We’ll review the packing record and resolve the situation fairly.

Delivery issues

If your order appears significantly delayed, reach out and we’ll check the most sensible next step based on your location and the shipping service used. We handle each case individually and aim for a positive outcome.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can usually make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
